Pasta - Mussel, cuttlefish and shrimps

Pasta is one of the most famous Italian dishes. It is easy to make and most of the times all the ingredients are sitting in the fridge. This version is made with mussel, cuttlefish and shrimps.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salty water and while doing it prepare the sauces. Usually the black pasta comes in a long format and it should take around twelve minutes to get ready. Cook it according to the instructions on its box.

Put the mussels in a pan, switch on the stove and cover the pan. Wait until they are all open. Remove the mussels from the shells and keep aside.

In the same hot pan we just use to prepare the mussels, pour a couple of spoon of olive oil into. Add the garlic and the chili.

Slice the cuttlefish.

Step 5
Remove the garlic from the pans and then ease down the cuttlefish and the shrimos and the mussels. After a few minutes, add the mussels and the tomato paste too and a spoon or two of water that you can take from the pasta. Do not let the fish get to dry or fry.

Step 6
When the pasta is ready, strain it and ease it down in the pan with the fish. Squeeze the lime juice in the par and stir for another two minutes and serve.
