Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions. Drain.
Cook the sauce
Step 2
Heat butter in large frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Step 3
Mix in chicken stock and cream, bring to gentle boil whilst stirring.
Step 4
Cook for 3 minutes, mix cornflour with water and add to cream mixture. Stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
Step 5
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and seafood. Gently cook until seafood is cooked through; add parsley,
Serve
Step 6
Mix half the seafood sauce with the pasta. Serve with the remaining sauce spooned over each serve.
