Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 400* F
Step 2
Chop bell peppers, onions, and chicken
Step 3
Spray sheet pan with non stick spray
Step 4
Add chopped vegetables, chicken, and taco seasoning packet. Make sure all is well combined and spray another coat of non stick spray.
Step 5
If you’d like you can add jalapeños and/or the juice of 1 lemon.
Step 6
Throw in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Prepare bowls with 4 ounces of chicken, 2 ounces of vegetables, 1/2 cup pinto beans, 28 g fat free cheese, and 50 g Greek yogurt.
