Instructions
Step 1
Set broiler to high. Line broiler pan with foil. Set pan 5-6" from broiler. Heat pan 10 min.
Step 2
Whisk together oil, dijon, worcestershire, pepper, salt. Brush onto both sides of the steak.
Step 3
Place steak on pre-heated pan. Broil to desired temp, approximately 10 min. Rest 10 min. before slicing against the grain.
