Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
Once the butter has melted, toss in the gnocchi and cook until they're lightly golden.
Step 3
Once the gnocchi are golden, add in the garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the gochujang paste and toss until each gnocchi is coated with gochujang pasta.
Step 5
Lower the heat and add in the heavy cream.
Step 6
Mix the gnocchi into the heavy cream until the sauce becomes orangey/red from the gochujang.
Step 7
Add in the cheeses and allow for the cheese to melt.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
