Instructions
Step 1
Fry the onions until browner; add the garlic and ginger and fry off rawness; add the spice mix, lower the heat, and fry off rawness; add the tomato products with water and bring to the boil; add coriander and simmer until blendable
Step 2
Over medium-low, add a tablespoon of butter and a little oil to a pan. Once foaming, add the almond powder and sugar, and cook until slightly golden and toasty
Step 3
Add in the COOKED chicken and toss to combine before adding all the gravy and bringing to a simmer
Step 4
Whilst simmering, add the yoghurt and stir throughly to avoid splitting; bring to the boil
Step 5
Mix every now and then; after 10 minutes (or when thick) add in the butter and turn off the heat
