Cook butter in a sauce pan over medium to high heat until butter browns bits start forming. Mix often to prevent burning. Remove from heat and transfer to another container.

Once butter has cooled place butter container in a ice bath and whisk rigorously until browned butter thickens and becomes smooth. Then mix miso paste, ¼ cup honey, half of the confit garlic, and mince 3 cloves of fresh garlic.

Spread browned butter mixture on presentation platter evenly. Top with the rest of confit garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, and minced parsley. Serve with toasted bread.
