Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Peel 3 heads of garlic and place In a oven safe dish or cast iron dish. Submerge garlic in olive oil. Place in thyme and rosemary or other desired aromatics. Bake for 2 hours
Step 2
Cook butter in a sauce pan over medium to high heat until butter browns bits start forming. Mix often to prevent burning. Remove from heat and transfer to another container.
Step 3
Toast sliced bread with olive oil until desired doneness.
Step 4
Once butter has cooled place butter container in a ice bath and whisk rigorously until browned butter thickens and becomes smooth. Then mix miso paste, ¼ cup honey, half of the confit garlic, and mince 3 cloves of fresh garlic.
Step 5
Spread browned butter mixture on presentation platter evenly. Top with the rest of confit garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, and minced parsley. Serve with toasted bread.
