So simple! Makes 6 using a popover tin, or 12 using a muffin tin

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Spray popover tin with vegetable oil cooking spray and wipe with paper towel to lightly coat
Step 3
Heat milk over low heat until it reaches 110-120°F

In a separate bowl

Combine dry ingredients
Step 5
Add warm milk and whisked eggs to the rest of the ingredients and whisk to combine
Step 6
Fill popover tin with batter, filling 3/4 of the way to the top of each. Makes 6 using a popover tin, or 12 using a muffin tin
Step 7
Place in 400° convection oven for 40 min
Step 8
Leftover popovers can be stored in zipper-lock bag at room temperature for up to 2 days; reheat directly on middle rack of 300-degree oven for 5 minutes
