Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add you chia seed powder and water. Let it sit for 20 seconds for the chia to absorb the water, and then stir until it’s fully mixed.
Step 3
Add the next few ingredients one by one into the bowl as you stir them in. First add the melted coconut oil and plant milk. Then add the coconut sugar, cacao powder and stir it into the mixture completely.
Step 4
As you continue to stir, toss in the oat flour and salt. Mix and stir until you have a beautiful fudgy brownie batter.
Step 5
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and pour your batter in with a rubber spatula. Smooth out the sides until you have an even flat surface.
Step 6
Take the peanut butter and carefully pour drops over the top of your brownies. Then take the tip of a toothpick and lightly move it side to side a few times over the surface to create a swirl effect.
Step 7
Garnish with chocolate chips and then bake at 350 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Step 8
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then carefully remove the brownies from the pan with edges of the parchment paper. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes until it’s time to cut the squares and enjoy this amazingly yummy peanut butter cup brownies!
