Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice potatoes, celery, onion, and chives. Mince garlic.
Step 2
2. Combine potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, water, bouillon cubes, and salt in soup pot. Cover and cook for around 20 mins at medium-high heat. Potatoes should be tender but not mushy.

3. Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Stire in and allow to heat.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, mix sour cream, flour, chives, and the rest of the heavy whipping cream together.
Step 5
5. Stir moisture mixture into soup pot gradually. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Step 6
6. Serve with bacon bits, cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
