Step 1
Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In a large saucepan over low heat, cook and stir marshmallows and butter until melted and smooth. Stir in cranberries, walnuts, orange peel and salt; mix well. Pour over popcorn and stir until coated. Press into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. pan. Cool. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
