Instructions

Step 1
Heat a grill to medium heat
Step 2
Lay out four big rectangular pieces of tin foil and then a second layer of foil on top of each. Spray the foil with cooking spray. Add the bison to a bowl and mix with a dash of garlic, minced onion, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mold the bison into 4 oz patties and place one in the center of each piece of foil.
Step 4
Slice the potatoes, onions and peppers into thin slices. Place 150g potatoes, 1/4 of an onion and 1/2 of a red bell pepper on top of each bison patty; season with sea salt and pepper.
Step 5
Fold foil firmly around meat and veggies. Place on the grill. Turn every 5 minutes for 30 minutes until cooked through. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp ketchup and enjoy warm.
