Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes less than packaging instruction.
Step 2
Add the garlic, parsley stems, lemon zest, chili flakes and pepper to a pan along with the olive oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the pan, along with the juice of 1 lemon, the chopped parsley (leaves) and some vegan butter. Add the vegan parmesan and stir until combined.
Step 4
Finally add some pasta water to emulsify and thin out the sauce.
