Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in medium bowl. Add milk and melted butter into the eggs and whisk vigorously. Add sugar and ground cinnamon, and whisk together the custard.
Step 3
Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 4
Add the custard on a baking sheet, and spread it onto the baking pan. Lay flat the french toast, and flip it after a few seconds of soaking the custard on 1 side of the bread.
Step 5
Bake the french toasts for 13 minutes @ preheated 425F. Then switch to High Broil mode, and bake it for 1.5 mins.
Step 6
Take out the french toasts out in oven. Turn off the heat. Transfer french toasts to a plate.
Step 7
Serve with bacon, fresh berries, whipped cream, strawberry compote and little maple syrup.
