Instructions

Step 1
cook noodles
Step 2
scramble eggs and remove from pan
Step 3
defrost prawns. add to a bowl along with garlic, chilli, soy sauce and black pepper and set aside
Step 4
fry stir fry veg and remove from pan once cooked
Step 5
fry prawns with a dash of oil
Step 6
add chicken, veg and eggs back to pan
Step 7
add curry powder, sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and fresh coriander
Step 8
add noodles to pan
