Instructions
Step 1
Cook edamame to package directions, then set aside to cool.
Step 2
In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic 3-5 min or until soft. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Put all ingredients in a food processor and season with salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least an hour before serving.
