Instructions

Step 1
Clean meat with 2 tablespoon of vinegar.

Cut or blend all season

Add season to meat, rub in season, very well. Add a tablespoon of curry to the meat. Cover and let it marinade for two hours

Put the pan on the stove heat for 5 mins add 3 tablespoons of oil to it. Add 🧄 pimento seeds and the curry powder go the oil

Put meat in the pan and stir cover and let it cook for 1 hour.
Step 6
Add potatoes and additional season to the pan and let it finish cooking for 30 minutes.
