Ingredients

Tzatziki Sauce
¼ cupgreek yogurt
plain
¼ tspgarlic
minced
¼ tspolive oil
½ tspfresh dill
salt
ground black pepper
1 tsplemon juice
Meatballs
8 ozground beef lean
2 Tbspbread crumbs
2egg whites
2 tspItalian Parsley
flat-leaf chopped
1 tspgarlic
minced
¼ tspcumin
¼ tspsalt
ground black pepper

Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and store in the fridge until ready to use. Weigh the sauce and divide by four to get the amount needed to fill one serving.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 3
Combine all the meatball ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well and form into meatballs about 1-2 Tbs. in size. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are fully cooked through.
Step 4
Dice up all the veggies for the Tomato & Cucumber Salad and combine in a bowl. Onions -- grill a little bit so they aren't super raw
Step 5
Distribute the meatballs, tzatziki sauce and salad evenly between the flatbread wraps. Roll up and enjoy! Serve pineapple on the side.
