Instructions
Step 1
Grill the chicken breast and boil the eggs.
Step 2
Chop the turkey bacon and place in a frying pan over medium/high heat. Cook until crispy.

Wash the spinach

On each plate, layer 2 cups spinach, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice chopped bacon, 1 oz sliced grilled chicken, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup corn, 2 Tbsp dressing and 2 Tbsp chopped green onions.
Step 5
Enjoy 2 cups watermelon on the side.
