Step 1
Slice scallion finely and peel sweet potato and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat up cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat, and stir fry Pi Xian bean paste for a a couple of minutes until the aroma comes out.
Step 3
Cut pork ribs into 3-5 cm across pieces, pour marinate powder in water (120ml) to mix. Marinate pork ribs with marinate water solution, rice powder mixture, stir fried Pi Xian bean paste and sweet rice wine for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange sweet potato at the bottom of steamer and top them with marinated pork ribs, steamer it for 1 hour. Garnish with scallion and serve warm.
