I make this sandwich a few times a week because it has everything I like layered in one place. Oh, and it's easy AF.

Step 1
I use oat bread because I like it, but you can use any type of bread you like. Sara Lee has some great low-calorie options and there's even a high-protein bread called Dimpflmeier Carb Smart High Protein Power Slice Bread that's available at some Costco locations.
Step 2
I also use the fat-free Laughing Cow cheese, but it would be just as good with fat-free cream cheese.
Step 3
Finally, any hot sauce will do, but my top picks are Frank's Hot lime and El Yacateco jalapeño hot sauce. If you can, I'd also add New Mexico Hatch green chile, but again, there's no need to complicate ;)
