Instructions
Step 1
Roll each biscuit until very thin with a rolling pin. Shape doesn’t matter.
Step 2
Brush melted butter onto each rolled biscuit.
Step 3
Mix together sugars and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Step 4
Sprinkle the sugar mixture onto each biscuit. Roll each up tightly.
Step 5
Cut with a pizza cutter or a sharp knife each roll into 4.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 7
Spray a pie pan with non-stick spray.
Step 8
Place each mini roll in the pan about 1/4 inch apart in a circular pattern.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 10
Mix together yogurt and powdered sugar. Frost all at once or each individually.
