This was a quick and easy salmon dish that I made for dinner when looking for a way to use my red pepper jelly

Instructions

Step 1
Wash your salmon in a little salt water and then pat dry
Step 2
Prep your baking pan with a little cooking spray or lightly brush on some sunflower oil
Step 3
Lay your salmon fillets in the pan and add a little fish seasoning
Step 4
Broil salmon fillets for 9 minutes as you whisk together all the ingredients for the glaze — pepper jelly, chili and garlic powders, soy sauce
Step 5
Brush the glaze on once the fillets are done broiling and then let cook for an additional 3 minutes
Step 6
Serve with extra glaze as the finishing touch
