Step 1
Chop the pineapple, apple and plum into small cubes.
Step 2
Separate the tangerine segments and slice each segment into 3 pieces.
Step 3
Cut the grapes into halves or thirds (depending on size).
Step 4
Put all the fruit into a ceramic bowl and mix with a spoon to distribute flavours evenly.
Step 5
Top with 75g of chilled kvarg (quark), and serve.
