Ingredients
2 servings
1 cupbasmati rice
2onions
small, cut in wedges
2carrots
very thinly sliced
2yellow peppers
cut in wedges
1 cupbroccoli
cut small
1 Tbspginger powder
green onions
chopped
olive oil
for frying
For the Chinese sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion wedges in olive oil with 1 tbsp of ginger.
Step 2
After 3-4 min. add carrots cut very thinly using a potato peeler, yellow peppers cut in wedges and broccoli cut small. Let them cook very well while moving them every 3-4 min.
Step 3
In a serving bowl, add basmati rice or any grain or noodles, the cooked vegetables, the green onions and the Chinese sauce.
For the Chinese sauce
Step 4
Mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, garlic, 1 tbsp of ginger and toasted sesame seeds.
