Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the chicken cut into strips. Brown the strips of meat well on all sides.
Step 2
Add the onions cut into wedges to the chicken in the pan. Add the garlic. Then add the strips of bell bell pepper.
Step 3
Sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, bell pepper, cumin, paprika and chili powder.
Step 4
Place the wraps on a plate and top with some grated cheddar cheese and the chicken stuffing in the center.
Step 5
Place in an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven at 185°C top/bottom heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the sides are a little golden brown.
Step 6
The wraps taste best with homemade salsa and guacamole or sour cream.
