Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix yogurt and flour. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and vinegar to the bowl and mix. If the dough is too wet add more flour by the 1/2 cup.

Note: flour and yogurt ratios may change depending on flour type and yogurt brand! Make sure dough isn’t too wet or too dry, adjust accordingly!

3. Mix until a dough forms and form into a ball. Cut into 4 and make 4 bagels. Oil or dampen your hands a little if the dough is tough to work with.

4. Dip in everything bagel seasoning then lay each on baking sheet. Using your finger or straw, form a hole in the middle of each bagel.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Storage: keep bagels in a bag or container in the fridge. Slice in half and toast when you want to eat them! You can even freeze them.
