Step 1
Follow instructions on the pizza maker box, or make homemade dough, which is fun to do if done right. Add the 1 1/3 cup of water to the two bags of mix and kneed until you have a sticky ball, in another bowl lightly oil the bottom and set the dough inside. Then pour a small amount of oil on top of the dough ball and lightly rub it over the surface. Cover with a dish cloth and set in warm dry spot to rise. Leave it be for up to 20 to 30 minutes. When the time is up your dough ball should have doubled in size. Punch....yes punch the bread down once with your fist, not too hard though, lightly, like a nick on the shoulder not slug to the face. Then lay the dough onto your lightly floured surface. You may want to watch a video. but kneading isn't too hard you kinda figure it out as you go. Kneed until your ball is not as tacky and is smoother on the surface rather than "textury" (not a real word, I know, but you know what I mean).
Any how...
Add more flour to your work area if needed and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Much easier that way, believe me.
I used and iron skillet, worked out amazingly, was deep enough and no need to oil the surface of the pan. Take the disk of dough and lay into your skillit and press the dough up the sides of skillet, kinda like a pie crust its ok if it seems the rim of the pizza seems thicker than the middle. That's what you want.
You'll get that nice crust that big and fluffy.
Now with your melted butter add your minced garlic and brush the mixture all over the crust. Don't be stingy with the garlic you'll regret it. A table spoon may seem like much but it will give your bread that garlic knott taste.
All over the even the middle of the dough. Don't miss a spot.
Then add your sauce about 1/2 1/3 of the way up the side of the crust deepened on your perveance. Add your cheeses evenly add more or less of what you prefer. I went a little crazy. The cheesier the better. Add your pepperoni's, then place your pan on the lower rack in the oven on 400 for 13 to 14 minutes

Step 2
serve hot or let cool for a sec if you don't want to eat with a fork. Also before you throw it in the oven add fresh or dried basil flakes if you want, gives it a beautiful flavor.
