Instructions
Step 1
Take a pot with a lid fill with water (enough to cover the eggs) and bring to the boil.

Switch off the heat and take the pan off the stove
Step 3
Place the eggs in the pan, put the lid back on and leave for eight minutes for the perfect runny egg!
