Instructions

Step 1
Cube the chicken. In a large soup pot, add your choice of oil and the minced garlic. Add the chicken, season with Greek seasoning and freshly ground black pepper. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is mostly cooked and the fat in the thighs has liquified. Add your tomatoes to the center of the pot, them your carrots. Cover the pot to help trap steam. Mix well once the carrots start to soften, then add your canned creams and continue mixing. For a thinner souplike consistency you could add broth or water to the pot to your liking. Add your pasta, and make sure it is below the rest of the mixture to cook. Simmer, cover, and check your pasta in about 10 minutes. Once it is as soft or as firm as you like it, you're done.
