Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients until clumps are gone. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 2
Spoon mixture into 6-12 muffin tins, depending on how large you want the muffins. I like using 8!
Step 3
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool then enjoy!
