This is my take on the sushi bake videos I’ve seen on TikTok! I decided to mix both salmon and tuna in my recipe!

Salmon Seasoning
2salmon filets
avocado oil
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tspgarlic salt
½ tspblack pepper
½ tspTurmeric
½ tspchili powder

Instructions
Salmon
Step 1
First, Clean your salmon.
Next, Season salmon with ingredients included above. Airfry salmon for 15 minutes on 350F
Step 2
Rinse and drain tuna.
Season & mix with ingredients listed above.
Step 3
Preheat oven on 400F
Next, In an oven-safe dish, mix rice and shredded seaweed together and spread rice at the bottom.
Layer sesame oil & salt on top.
Layer a small amount of sriracha on top.
Step 4
In a medium/large bowl, mix both salmon and tuna together with about another 1/4 cup of mayo & chopped green onions. (Lessen or increase mayo depending on desired consistency)
Afterwards, spread mixture on top of rice in dish.
Step 5
Bake in oven on 400F for 10 minutes
Broil on 500F for 5 minutes
Step 6
Top with kewpie mayo, sriracha, & sesame seeds.
Serve with snacking seaweed.
