Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1/4 cup cocoa with 1/3 cup hot water and microwave on high for 40 seconds or until slightly thick.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients and stir in the chocolate mixture. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into greased 9 inch microwave pan. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 4
Cool and frost.
Step 5
Frosting is 3 Tbsp soft margarine a nd 1/4 cup cocoa and 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 Tbsp milk and 1/4 tsp vanilla. Mix well and spread.
