Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F
Step 2
Take biscuit out and place the on baking sheet to be ready to go into the oven.
Step 3
Add the soy, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, the egg, and dash of pepper into a bowl and mix.
Step 4
Dip the chicken into the mix, making sure it's covered. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour (over night is better). You can make it right away if you want but it won't be a favorable.
Step 5
Put biscuits in oven and cook based on package directions.
Step 6
Add salt and the flour into a pan and mix. Make sure the whole bottom is covered.
Step 7
Take the chick out of the sauce and let drip for 20-30 seconds. When the sauce is no longer dripping, place into the flour and shake around a little bit to cover. Flip chicken over, again making sure the flour covers the entire bottom first, and repeat. Push the flour into the chicken. Pick the chicken up to see if there are any spots missed that is not covered with flour. If there are any, make sure to cover them with the flour.
Step 8
Preheat Air fryer to 350 degrees.
Step 9
Place chicken in air fryer for 8 minutes.
Step 10
Mix the butter and honey together.
Step 11
Take the biscuits and try to get them down to 37g if possible. You can pull the layers off until you make it to 37g unless you want the extra calories. Then put the butter on, leaving a little bit extra.
Step 12
Add the 16g of sriracha to the same bowl the butter is in. Mix.
Step 13
When the chicken is done in the air fryer, cover it with the sriracha and butter sauce.
Step 14
Put chicken on biscuit and serve
