Step 1
In a large bowl mix the yeast with warm water, sugar and oil βTIP: 1. Leave the yeast mix for a few mins, if you see bubbles on the surface, it means it's usable. 2. Save salt for later, otherwise it'll kill the yeast!

Sift 2/3 flour and mix well with a spoon until it's homogeneous
Step 3
Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough for 5 mins
Step 4
Cover with a cloth and leave it to rise for 1
hour
Step 5
After 1 hour, dust the surface with a bit of flour and shape a long "sausage". Cut into the equal pieces
Step 6
Shape the balls. Place onto the greased baking sheet. Cover and leave it to rise for 15 mins

Bake for 15 mins
π§ Garlic Sauce

Mince 3-4 garlic cloves
Step 9
Chop a bit of parsley πΏ or dill or green onion
Step 10
Mix equal parts of water and oil
Step 11
Add salt to taste
Step 12
Spread the mixture on the pampushki
