Instructions

🍞 Buns

Step 1
In a large bowl mix the yeast with warm water, sugar and oil ☝TIP: 1. Leave the yeast mix for a few mins, if you see bubbles on the surface, it means it's usable. 2. Save salt for later, otherwise it'll kill the yeast!
Step 2
Sift 2/3 flour and mix well with a spoon until it's homogeneous
Step 3
Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough for 5 mins
Step 4
Cover with a cloth and leave it to rise for 1 hour
Step 5
After 1 hour, dust the surface with a bit of flour and shape a long "sausage". Cut into the equal pieces
Step 6
Shape the balls. Place onto the greased baking sheet. Cover and leave it to rise for 15 mins

Bake for 15 mins

Mince 3-4 garlic cloves
Step 9
Chop a bit of parsley 🌿 or dill or green onion
Step 10
Mix equal parts of water and oil

Add salt to taste

Spread the mixture on the pampushki
