Ingredients

60glupin flour
20gmonkfruit sweetener
sweetener of choice
1 tspbaking powder
70mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
milk of choice, adjust the amount, you should have a medium-thick consistency
40gbanana
Fillings
15gvanilla protein pudding
optional, substitute with light custard
10gbiscoff spread
substitute with dulce de leche or sugar-free caramel syrup, optional

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180•c.
Step 2
Blitz together until smooth. Adjust milk to get a medium thick consistency.
Step 3
Pour batter in an oven proof dish, reserving 2 tbs of batter.
Step 4
Place biscoff spread and optionally 1 tbs custard in the middle. Cover fillings with the reserved batter & top with sliced apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon and natvia/ granulated sweetener of choice.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 mins. ( the longer the cakier the texture)
Step 6
Once baked add an ex tbs of custard to the top & enjoy 😍
