Step 1
Place roast in crock pot, add better than bullion, garlic, seasoning, pepperoncini and juice. Note: the more juice you add, the spicier it will be. Add more if you like it spicy!

pepperoncini16 oz
pepperoncini juice0.5 jar
Step 2
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the roast can shred apart with forks.

Place shredded beef on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.

Bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes and broil if needed.
Step 5
Serve with extra juice French dip style if you’d like.
