Instructions
Step 1
Combine potatoes, cheese, soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper and mix well
Step 2
Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish
Step 3
Bake covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly
Step 4
Gently crush corn flakes and combine with softened butter.
Step 5
Top potatoes with corn flake mixture and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes to crisp.
