Instructions
Step 1
Peel, slice and boil potatoes. Drain and cool slightly.
Step 2
Fry bacon and crumble bacon; set aside. Reserve 2 Tablespoons of drippings.
Step 3
Add onions to the drippings; fry until tender.

Stir in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Add water and vinegar, and cook until thick and bubbly.
Step 5
Add potatoes and bacon. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through, stirring gently.
