Instructions
Step 1
Heat cast iron pan on low heat. Add all but pasta in a bowl, mixing but do not overmix cream cheese. Should be a bit lumpy.
Step 2
Add oil to pan, then pasta, then pour egg mixture over all. Heat low until set, then sprinkle cheese on top and put pan in broiler until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
