Instructions

Tomato sauce

Step 1
Add the tomato sauce, olive oil, and seasoning to a jar and stir until well combined

Eggplant

Step 2
Slice the eggplant and mozzarella.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in the pan.
Step 4
Place the slices of eggplant in the pan and season with salt and pepper. After 2min flip and season again. Fry for another 2min.

Spread the tomato sauce on the eggplant slices. Sprinkle the cheese on top and finally place the mozzarella on top.

Then cover with a lid and simmer for 5 min on medium heat

Sandwich

Step 7
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with olive oil. Grate the garlic on the bread. Toast until golden brown.
Step 8
Spread the bottom half with the basil mayonnaise. Then top with the salad and eggplant slices.
Step 9
Finally place the second half on top and enjoy!
