250gself raising flour
50gcocoa powder
250gmilk chocolate
180gbrown sugar
250gbutter
4eggs

1 teaspoonsvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160 Fan
Step 2
Mix the flour and cocoa
Step 3
Melt the milk chocolate and mix in the brown sugar and butter, followed by 100ml water
Step 4
When cool, whisk in the eggs and vanilla
Step 5
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes
Step 7
Whisk icing sugar and butter until light and fluffy, then mix in 300g melted chocolate
