This Mushroom Soup is added tiny bit of spinach for a tart taste, it also gives a nice green color. Makes you feel grounded and greenish when having it ;)

Instructions
Step 1
Heat your pot for melting the butter, add in the chopped onion and garlic. Stir and wait till the mix gets tiny bit golden (approx 3-5min), add in the chicken cube and make sure it is blended/melted.
Step 2
Add in the chopped mushrooms and stir, wait till softened (approx. 4 min). Sprinkle some truffle powder for extra mushroom taste (optional). Add in the spinach and cornstarch, give it a stir, then add your boiled water in to the mix. Mix well until everything is boiling, add in the bay leaves, then turn down the heat, wait for 10min.
Step 3
Turn off the heat, squeeze your lemon and add the juice to the mix, add in the sour cream. Use the blender to blend the mixture, taste the soup for salt and other adjustment. Then good to serve with dash of extra sour cream and chopped parsley.
