Step 1
Flour the cutlet on both sides.

Take a large pan and let some butter melt in it. When is warm, cook the cutlet for a couple of minutes each side, remove and keep warm. Do not remove the pan from the stove, we are going to use it immediately.

Cut the mushrooms in slices or pieces and put them into the pan. The cooking time depends in what type of mushrooms you are using and how thick your slices are.

When the mushrooms start softening, add the heavy cream and chopped parsley. Stir for a minute and then put the cutlet back in the pan. Flip the cutlet after a minute, adjust with salt and white pepper and serve.
