12 ozboneless pork loin chops
cut into bite-size
2 tspsake
2 tspsoy sauce
pepper
2 Tbsppotato starch
1 Tbspoil
2 clovegarlic
sliced
2green onion
sliced
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cut pork loin chop into bite-size.
Step 2
Put pork, sake, soy sauce, pepper, and potato starch into a medium bowl and mix.
Step 3
Combine sauce ingredients into a small bowl, set aside.
Step 4
Heat a large pan over medium-high, add garlic, and sautee.
Step 5
Cook until no longer pink.
Step 6
Pour the sauce into the pan, and coat the pork with the sauce.
Step 7
Sprinkle sliced green onion on top.
