Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti (al dente) in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cut the chorizo into small cubes and cook it in a pan.
Step 3
Add pasta, cream (whip the cream before adding it) and 1/4 cup of pasta water.
Step 4
Stir until you obtain a thick and homogeneous cream.
Step 5
Add the fresh basil and it's ready ! You can add pepper to taste if you want. Bon appétit !
