Instructions

Step 1
Cut up chicken and discard tips.
Step 2
Divide each wing in half with sharp knife
Step 3
Place wings in a crock pot and cover with bouillon, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook covered on low 6-8 hours. (May also be cooked on top of stove!)
Step 5
Remove wings to broiler rack. Reserve 1/2 cup broth.
Step 6
In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch with honey and chicken broth. Add lemon juice, soya sauce, garlic powder and ginger. Simmer, stirring until mixture thickens. Brush chicken wings with some sauce and brown under broiler. Turn and repeat until all sauce is used.
