Ingredients

10mini tortillas
450gextra firm tofu
1 ½ Tbspsmoked paprika
2 Tbspmaple syrup
1 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbsptamari
we love reduced sodium
2 Tbspnutritional yeast
1 Tbspgarlic powder
Cilantro Sauce
½ cupunsweetened soy yogurt
¼ cupfresh cilantro
1 Tbsplime juice
1 tspgarlic powder
jalapeños
Roasted, to taste, optional
Mango Salaa
Instructions
Step 1
Shred the tofu using a cheese grater.
Step 2
Combine the paprika, maple syrup, olive oil, tamari, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.
Step 3
To a pan on medium heat, add the tofu and sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Blend all the cilantro sauce ingredients until smooth.
Step 5
Combine the salsa ingredients.
Step 6
Heat up your tortillas, add the sauce, tofu, and mango salsa, and enjoy!
