Instructions
Step 1
Whisk flour, yeast & salt together
Step 2
Add water & olive oil, stir with a wooden spoon until it clumps together. If it’s too sticky add more flour until it holds its shape.
Step 3
Use a mixer with dough hooks on medium for 5-10 mins until the dough forms a smooth ball.
Step 4
Shape into a ball and leave to rest in a warm place for 45 mins or until it has doubled in size.
Step 5
Lightly flour a surface and pull and stretch the dough into a circle or rectangle around 1/2 an inch thick and transfer to a lined, greased baking tin, stretching the dough to fit the tin. Cover & leave for a further 20 mins.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 200°C
Step 7
Press holes all the way through the dough, and press chosen toppings into the dough. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 8
Bake for 20 mins or until the dough is slightly golden and cooked through.
Step 9
Serve warm.
