Gooey healthier brownies

These brownies are indulgent, gooey, scrumptious and healthier with no added sugar. These can easily be made gluten free and dairy free by substituting the chocolate and yoghurt to dairy free alternatives and swapping the flour for gluten free flour.

Ingredients

Standard brownies (not gluten or dairy free)
Instructions
Step 1
Grease and line a small square baking tin with baking paper and set the oven to 180'c (fan assisted)

In a mircowavable bowl melt the chopped chocolate- stir every 30secs to ensure it doesn't burn
Microwave Bowl
Step 3
Once the chocolate is melted leave to cool down for two minutes. Once cool, stir in the splenda and yoghurt. Mix until completely combined.
Step 4
Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate soda until completely combined.
Step 5
Add the water and keep stirring until all ingredients are well mixed. The texture should be very gooey now.
Step 6
Fold in the chocolate chips and gently stir.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Once cooked, carefully remove from the oven and leave them to cool for 10-15mins. Once cooked, cut into squares and enjoy ❤️
